User Account Deletion Request Handling

As part of our data protection practices, users of our mobile application have the right to request the deletion of their personal data at any time. Whether you're no longer using the app or simply wish to remove specific personal details from our system, we’ve made the process straight forward and secure. This page outlines the steps required to submit a deletion request, the types of data involved, and what you can expect during the process.

To request the deletion of your data, please follow these steps:

  • You may enter the registered email id in the input field provided at bottom
  • Verify your account access by providing the OTP sent to you email

What to Expect

Once your request is received:

  • You will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt
  • The email will include a summary of:
    1. The personal data that will be deleted
    2. The data that will be retained, and the reason for retention
    3. The expected timeframe for completion

Data That Will Be Deleted

  • Full name
  • Phone number
  • Device UUID
  • FCM Token (Push Notification Identifier)
  • Password

Data That Will Be Retained

To maintain audit trails and ensure system integrity, the following information will be retained:

  • Registered email address

The user activity log will be retained for record-keeping purposes.

Deletion Timeline

All valid data deletion requests will be processed within 24 hours. Once the deletion is complete, a confirmation email will be sent to notify you.
